How do I check my breasts for lumps and earlier forms of breast cancer?

I’m only seventeen but breast cancer runs in the family so I really want to start checking early.
How often should I check?

You should just check your breasts when you are drying off after the shower just to see if there are any lumps or other bumps that shouldnt be there. You can always go to the doctor & have them check you out as they are trained to do this.

    Ask your boyfriend to check.
